- 申請資格及確認
1.1 申請人必須年齡介乎18至29歲。
1.2 申請人必須對科技行業有興趣，並願意積極參與本活動的所有環節。
1.3 成功申請者將於2024年12月2日或之前收到確認通知。 - 活動參與
2.1 成功申請者需承諾參與整個活動過程，包括但不限於免費課堂體驗、行業分享會、團隊建立、黑客馬拉松及成果展示等環節。
2.2 參加者須遵守活動的所有規則和指引，包括但不限於時間表、團隊合作要求及作品提交規定。
2.3 如遇惡劣天氣（如三號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號、紅色或以上暴雨警告信號），活動可能會被取消或延期。 - 知識產權及影像使用
3.1 參加者在活動中創作的所有作品，其知識產權歸屬於創作者。
3.2 參加者授權主辦方及其合作夥伴可以無償使用參加者在活動中創作的作品，用於宣傳、展示等非商業用途。
3.3 活動期間，主辦方授權的工作人員可能進行拍攝。參加者同意其肖像可能被用於主辦方的網頁、印刷品及/或網上形式製作的宣傳物品。 - 個人資料
4.1 參加者同意主辦方收集、使用及保存其個人資料，用於活動相關用途。
4.2 主辦方承諾遵守《個人資料（私隱）條例》，妥善保護參加者的個人資料。
4.3 參加者應閱讀、理解並同意主辦方的私隱政策。 - 責任限制
5.1 主辦方將盡力確保活動順利進行，但對於因不可抗力因素導致的活動變更或取消不承擔責任。
5.2 參加者參與活動期間的個人安全及財物由參加者自行負責。 - 修改及解釋權
6.1 主辦方保留對本條款及細則的最終解釋權。
6.2 主辦方有權在不預先通知的情況下修改本條款及細則。
6.3 如有任何爭議，主辦方保留最終決定權。 - 適用法律
本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄。 - 語言
如本條款及細則的中英文版本有任何歧義，概以英文版本為準。
申請者確認已閱讀、理解並同意遵守以上所有條款及細則。
Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility and Confirmation
1.1 Applicants must be between 18 and 29 years of age.
1.2 Applicants must have an interest in the retail technology industry and be willing to actively participate in all aspects of the event.
1.3 Successful applicants will receive a confirmation notice on or before December 2, 2024. - Event Participation
2.1 Successful applicants commit to participating in the entire event process, including but not limited to free class experiences, industry sharing sessions, team building, hackathon, and result presentations.
2.2 Participants must comply with all rules and guidelines of the event, including but not limited to schedules, team cooperation requirements, and work submission regulations.
2.3 In the event of adverse weather conditions (such as Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above, Red Rainstorm Warning Signal or above), the event may be canceled or postponed. - Intellectual Property and Image Usage
3.1 All works created by participants during the event remain the intellectual property of the creators.
3.2 Participants grant the organizer and its partners the right to use, free of charge, any works created during the event for non-commercial purposes such as promotion and display.
3.3 During the event, photography and videography may be conducted by personnel authorized by the organizer. Participants agree that their likeness may be used in promotional materials on the organizer’s webpage, printed materials, and/or online media. - Personal Data
4.1 Participants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data by the organizer for purposes related to the event.
4.2 The organizer commits to complying with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and will protect participants’ personal data appropriately.
4.3 Participants should read, understand, and agree to the organizer’s privacy policy. - Limitation of Liability
5.1 While the organizer will make every effort to ensure the event runs smoothly, it assumes no responsibility for changes or cancellations due to force majeure.
5.2 Participants are responsible for their personal safety and property during the event. - Amendments and Right of Interpretation
6.1 The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
6.3 In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the right of final decision. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. - Language
In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
By applying, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the above Terms and Conditions.
